Planning for 2-Way Video

This site includes forms that you can use when planning for a distance learning activity. These forms can be printed as needed. Forms included are as follows: Distance Learning Request Form , Distance Learning Worksheet, Purchase Request, Distance Learning Follow-Up Form (Receiving), and Distance Learning Follow-Up Form (Sending) . If you find yourself preparing a lesson for a Sending Two-way Video where you are the instructor and you are teaching to remote learners, Lesson Plan considerations are included as well.

Technical Support Staff e-mail addresses are listed below for your convenience.

Each school uses Internet Protocol (IP) for conferencing. When using the Internet or IP for videoconferencing, you can only dial out. Our firewall prevents distance-learning vendors from accessing our network, and therefore we cannot receive calls.

Additionally, each school in the district has three ISDN lines with a connection speed of 384 KBPS. Below are the ISDN numbers for each school.

When planning for a two-way videoconference using ISDN, use the first number listed for the ISDN number.
