Physicals

Students entering Mt. Ephraim schools for the first time must have a physical completed by their physician.
Physical forms are given during registration.

The New Jersey Department of Health Services Guidelines recommend that students have physical examinations at least once during each of the student's developmental stages. 
Therefore, we ask that all students entering grades K, 4, and 7 have physicals completed by their physicians.
