MOUNT EPHRAIM PUBLIC SCHOOLS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Education of the Borough of Mt. Ephraim, Camden County, New Jersey, at it's Reorganization Meeting held on
Monday, April 27, 2009 set forth the following:  WHEREAS, the monthly meetings of the Board will be held each month as indicated below:

                    Monday, February 8, 2010
                    Monday, March 8, 2010
                    Monday, April 26, 2010   [Reorganization]

The time and location of the meetings has been set at 7:30pm, prevailing time, in the Media Center at the R.W. Kershaw School, 125 South Black Horse Pike,
Mt. Ephraim, NJ.  All meetings are open to the public.  Formal action will be taken on any and all matters that may be brought before the Board of Education.

WHEREAS there exists a need for an auditor, solicitor, insurance, medical inspector services and physical, occupational and speech therapy services for the
Board of Education of the Borough of Mt. Ephraim; and WHEREAS, the Public School Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et.seq.) requires that the resolution
authorizing the award of contracts for "professional services" without competitive bids must be publicly advertised; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
the Board of Education of the Borough of Mt. Ephraim as follows:

1.         That Robert Stewart of Inverso & Stewart is hereby appointed auditor.

2.         That Joseph Betley representing the firm of Capehart and Scatchard be appointed solicitor.

3.         That Brad Sclar representing the firm of Parker McCay be appointed solicitor.

4.         That Ron Ianoale representing the firm of McManimon Scotland be appointed bond counsel.

5.         That Dr. Runfola be appointed Medical Inspector.

6.         That Jason Della Penna representing the firm of LDP Consulting Group be appointed health insurance broker of record.

7.         That physical, occupational and speech therapy services be provided by Rehab Connection, Heartland Rehabilitation or Invo Health Care Associates.
