Be Alert for Pink Eye!

Pink eye is highly contagious, and must be treated by a physician. 

Please watch for the following symptoms:  Crusty or sticky eyelids upon awakening in the morning,
redness of the eyeball and swelling of the lids, a burning or scratchy sensation in the eye. 

If your child experiences these symptoms, please keep him home and seek medical attention. 

A doctor's note is required upon returning to school.
