will be holding its Kindergarten and Pre-School Registration on the
following dates
at the Mary Bray School Media Center on Station Avenue:
Wednesday, February 27th and
Thursday, February 28th
– by appointment.

The following items are required for registration:
An original birth certificate as
proof of age –
for Kindergarten a child must be 5 years of age, or Pre-School a child must
be 4 years of age
by September 30, 2008.
Your child’s immunization
records.
Copies of any legal/custody
papers.
Proof of Residency - Acceptable
Forms are: Tax, Water or Sewer Bill,
or Lease.
Parent/Guardian Photo Drivers License or Photo ID.
Child must accompany the parent
so that he/she can be tested.
Completed registration forms
obtained through the phone numbers mentioned above.
