For a donation of $20.00, a bookplate can be provided with your personal information, and we would be happy to order a book for you through our book seller.  If you have a special book in mind, please provide the information needed on the form below.  If not, we will be happy to choose something special - current.   We would prefer to order through our book seller so that we may purchase books with cataloging information ready to add to our system, and so that we may get special sturdy library bindings.
